Cancel or Change register entry
Changes to the registrable particulars must be notified to the Commissioner without undue delay but within 28 days of the change taking effect. It is an offence to fail to notify changes.
Changes can be submitted using the form below or by sending an email containing the relevant changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any email regarding the registration must include the registration number and the name of the controller or processor.
If the register entry is no longer required, please complete and return the cancellation form or advise us by email (email@example.com).
